Penny Flowers

I moved to Casper in 2021. I am originally from Savannah, GA but have lived in several places and understand different cities, locations and the relocation process. My husband, Wiley and I love Casper and are proud to make this our home.

My favorite things are tennis, National Parks, reading, history, baseball and fantasy football. I have been in 49 states and several countries. I love meeting people and learning about them.

Professionally, I started in financial services for 14 years with an investment manager and a hedge fund. I have been a realtor and a Buyer Specialist for over 10 years. My financial background has helped me assist my clients with the buying process. The house sells itself. My job as a buyer’s agent is to help my clients through the process, minimize risk and protect their interests. This is true, whether it is a first home, forever home or investment property. I also have extensive experience with investment properties, including 1031 exchanges and buying real estate in a retirement account.
